• The standard prices are on Friday and Saturday respectively € 16,00, € 15,50 and € 15,00 per person per hour.
• From Sunday to Thursday a surcharge applies from 9 p.m. (see top hours heading).
• A surcharge applies on Friday and Saturday from 6 p.m..

The combination deal prices are per person per hour. The minimum number of people for whom you can book a Pool combination deal is 10 people. There are 2 or 3 hour combination deals. The final price will be calculated for you when you enter the booking details.

During booking you can choose from various options at an additional cost. The prices are stated during booking and the total price is calculated automatically.

The times when the Pool combination deal can be started:

• Monday to Wednesday from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. (during school holidays until 7 p.m.)
• Thursday from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m. (during school holidays until 7 p.m.)
• Friday from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
• Saturday from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m.
• Sunday from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m.

The following applies to the Pool combination deal

• for 10 or more people
• 1 pool table per 6 people
• unlimited standard Grolsch beer on tap.
• unlimited standard rosé, white and red wine.
• unlimited soft drinks (excluding Red Bull).
• we do not serve cocktails or hot drinks.
• 1 drink per person always applies per round of drink
• The bar closes 15 minutes before the end of the deal

During the booking we reserve the pool tables that are necessary for your group (max 6 per pool table). If there are fewer people than you have booked then all reserved pooltables will be charged as normal. For example, you book for 15 people (3 pool tables) but 5 do not show up, then you simply pay the 3 reserved pool tables. You can of course contact us 24 hours before your arrival and have the number of people changed.

If you come with more people than was booked and therefore an extra pool table is needed, that is only possible if the pool table is also available during the time of your combination deal.

We reserve the right to ask participants of the combination deal to show proof of identity.

Because it is not feasible for us to keep adults (18+) and non-adults apart in the bustle, when there are non-adult participants, no alcoholic beverages are served during the combination deal. So if you want alcohol to be served then your company should only consist of adult participants! So also think of the identification !!

We assume that everyone in your company is a participant. That also means that you have to pay for each person in your company. Introductions are therefore seen by us as participants, even if they do not participate in the pool, or other event.

Discounts issued via discount coupons or other promotions cannot be used for combination deals.

To make your reservation final, you must make a deposit of at least € 50.00. That amount can be increased depending on the options chosen.
You can pay your deposit directly by means of an iDeal payment or by bank transfer.
If you opt for a bank transfer, we expect your payment within one week on (RABONL2U) IBAN NL35RABO0304678171 in the name of Hart of Utrecht

The deposit will be deducted from the bill afterwards.

a cancellation is possible due to circumstances is possible up to 48 hours before the start. If you cancel later, costs will be charged up to a maximum of the deposit sum. In case you have paid the full amount in advance and cancel less than 48 hours in advance, € 50 will be charged. The remaining amount remains available as credit and can be used for your booking at a later date.

To book your Pool combination deal you must first agree to the above conditions. After your booking you will receive a confirmation by e-mail with these conditions attached as an attachment
